We want to make you happy with our products. In case you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the purchased products undamaged, unused and complete. Make sure you do this within two weeks of purchase, otherwise the return period will have expired. The return shipping costs are for your own account. From the moment we have received your goods back, it can take up to 14 days before you have received the money back on your bank account.
Exchanging your product is always allowed. Send us an email at email@example.com with a copy of your proof of purchase and indicate that you want to exchange your product and indicate for which product. After confirmation from our side, you can return your delivered product. The return shipping costs are for your own account. From the moment we receive your return, we will send the replacement product to you free of charge within 2 days. We kindly request you to contact us if you have not received a replacement product from us within 8 days after the return shipment.
It occasionally happens that a shipped product has a defect. We greatly regret this in all cases and are happy to resolve it with you as soon as we can. In case of a defect, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a copy of your proof of purchase, a photo on which the defect is clearly visible and a short description of the defect. After verification, we will send you a new product free of charge.
